1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mixue888 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the website accessible at mixue888.cam and all associated services, products, games, software, tools, and features made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the mixue888 Platform, creating an account, making deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies referenced herein, including thePrivacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms apply to all Players accessing the Platform, including but not limited to residents of Malaysia accessing the service from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and any other location from which access is technically possible.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the mixue888 Platform, used to access betting, casino, and payment services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account wallet at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus amount, free bet credit, cashback, or loyalty reward credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money from a User's chosen payment method into the User's Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform to confirm a User's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the mixue888 website at mixue888.cam and all associated sub-pages, APIs, mobile web applications, and services operated by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds (or the sum of deposit and bonus funds, where applicable) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance to a User's designated payment method or bank account.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency in which Account Balances are denominated on the mixue888 Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on mixue888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mixue888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling-related activities. The Platform does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on mixue888 at any given time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, IP address, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must not register using fictitious identities, false names, or another person's details.
• Payment Ownership: You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration & Security

Account registration on mixue888 is completed by submitting accurate personal information through the Platform's registration interface. Upon successful registration, a unique Account is created for the User. The following terms govern account access and security:

• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify mixue888 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your account security. mixue888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Two-Factor Authentication: mixue888 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. Users are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect their Account.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. mixue888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, with reasonable prior notice provided to the account holder.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

mixue888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited to your Account balance in real time. FPX and direct bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on bank processing times.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (under 5 minutes); DuitNow/FPX withdrawals (5–15 minutes); bank wire transfers (15–60 minutes). These timeframes are estimates and may vary.
• KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. mixue888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Account cashier section. Limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Currency: All Account balances are denominated in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
• No Third-Party Payments: mixue888 will only process withdrawals to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mixue888 sportsbook — including pre-match, in-play, Mix Parlay, and special markets covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other sports — are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets are not accepted verbally or through any channel other than the Platform interface.
• Odds Changes: Odds may fluctuate between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed. If the odds change materially prior to confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the revised odds.
• Voided Bets: mixue888 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: palpable errors in odds display, technical malfunctions, corrupted data feeds, or confirmed match-fixing events.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits apply per market and per sporting event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Winings exceding applicable caps may be reduced to the stated maximum.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are subject to delay and may be suspended or refused at any time at the Company's discretion. mixue888 shall not be liable for any refused in-play bets resulting from data latency or technical issues.
• Mix Parlay: In a Mix Parlay bet, all selected legs must win for the parlay to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided leg(s). For Mix Parlay bets placed during active bonus periods, the maximum stake limit applies as stated in the applicable Bonus Terms.

7 Bonus & Promotions Policy

mixue888 offers various welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated with the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the bonus offer page (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated bonus validity period.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or round is generally capped at MYR 250–500 unless otherwise stated. Placing bets above the stated maximum during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets may contribute at a separate stated rate. Refer to the individual promotion page for game contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion) will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Non-transferable: Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash at face value. Only winings generated from bonus play (subject to completed wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Abuse & Fraud: mixue888 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withold winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account wagering, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms.
• One Welcome Bonus: Each eligible Account is entitled to claim one (1) welcome bonus package. Additional promotions are subject to individual eligibility criteria.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mixue888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identification documents during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's odds engine or payment system.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or coordinated hedging strategies across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Coluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Platform controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users through the support system or any associated communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the Platform's software, security systems, or intellectual property.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the mixue888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "mixue888", logos, graphics, user interface designs, software code, odds data, promotional materials, written content, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of mixue888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from mixue888.
• Commercial use of the mixue888 brand name, trademarks, or associated intellectual property.
• Scraping, indexing, or systematically extracting odds data or Platform content for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of mixue888's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable intellectual property laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mixue888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winings, profits, data, or goodwill arising directly or indirectly from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Errors in odds calculations or game outcomes resulting from data feed failures, technical malfunctions, or force majeure events.
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, network failures, or circumstances beyond mixue888's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials or your disclosure of credentials to a third party.
• Any decision or action taken by a regulatory or governmental authority that affects your ability to access or use the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mixue888's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gambling

mixue888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. Gambling is intended for entertainment only and should never be viewed as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Minimum Age: All gambling activities on the mixue888 Platform are restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. This restriction is strictly enforced through the KYC process.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion — a temporary or permanent restriction on their Account — at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

12 Amendments to These Terms

mixue888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, mixue888 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the mixue888 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the mixue888 Platform, shall in the first instance be referred to mixue888's customer support team for informal resolution.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be escalated and resolved through binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as mixue888 may designate from time to time, unless expressly prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
